[GUC] Clan rules

NOTE: EVEN IF YOU DONT READ THESE RULES, YOU ARE STILL BOUND TO THEM

1. Basic Clan rules

- Be Respectful to Others no matter what level they are.

- Be helpful to the lower level members and help Higher admins with what you can.

- Show respect in Scrims, on the forums, and in servers.

- Do not ask for Admin Levels.

- Have a helpfull attitude.

- Be polite, with this i mean: When somebody says hi, greet him back. When someone gves you ammo or heals you, thank him. Just basic things a friendly player does automatically

1.2 Why must we follow this rule

- These must be followed at all time as they are very important, these rules are pretty much what all good clans are based on

2. Rules when dealing with other clan members while being in their/our clan server(s)

- Follow all basic clan rules at all times, this means while being in our server, follow our rules. While being in their server apply to their rules and policies.

- Wear your clan tags at all times.

- Do not start trouble that may harm our clans/your imago

- Dont ask for admin in their server, even if a clan member is your friend

- Do not in anyway give the clan a bad name. This involves cussing, abusing of what admin you might have, cheating.

- Dont go in the other clan servers to often, you are in GUC so you should play in the GUC servers for the majority of the time. We ofcourse cant tell you that you cant play in other servers anymore, just keep it limited

- All players are equal, dont start abusing other clan members just because he is from a clan you dont like, this inflicts with rule 3 and will result in serious punishements

- When other clan members play in our server, they MUST follow our rules. We dont care what their server rules are , if they play in our server they WILL obey our rules

- If they are of an allied clan, set them level 5

2.2 Why must we follow this rule

- To make sure members of another clan can join our server without having to fear they will get abused or threaten wrongly.

3. Rules for In-Game Admins

- Dont abuse your powers, this includes randomly splatting, pants-ing, flining, throwing and other-ing people

- Be chillax, keep in mind that people are (many of them are) in the server to have fun. so dont go spectator trying to catch everyone with anything that they might do wrong. Admins are players who need to enjoy playing the game just as much as a level 0 player does. this is Wolfenstein, not catch-the-abuser-stein

- some basic rules you need to know, walljumping isnt allowed, trickjumpis IS allowed, you CAN spawnkill with light weapons, you CANT spawnkil with heavy weapons, just the basic knowledge all the admins should have rlly.

- You can only recruit upto 3 levels under your own admin level

3.2 Why must we follow this rule

- to keep your admin level ofcourse, if you dont follow this rule you will lose your advantage as an admin, we gave you commands so that you can use them in a proper way, you didnt get them so you can abuse with them

4. Rules for recruiters

- Before a tryout, the player must have at least 500xp+, the player must be set level 5 "[GUC]Trainee" so the recruiters can see who is going for member.

- To pass the tryout, the person needs at least 1.5/1 k/d ratio and 30+ accuracy. they may not use arty, adre or support fire during the tryout
In order to pass the tryout, a basic knowledge of the english language is needed (after all were an english clan)

- after they passed the tryout, they are given level 6 and are told to register on the forum within 2 days. they are free to introduce themself in the "new members" post in their corresponding clan centre (post must be made if it doesent exist already) so that we know they registered. New members must play at least 2 hours a week (unless a good reason is given), if not they will be demoted.

- You can only recruit of yuo have the "setlevel" command

- you can only promote upto 3 levels under your own admin level

- you can only promote by 1 level each week

- you can only demote by 1 level each week

4.2 Why must we follow this rule

- To make sure the recuits will happen in a fair way and to make sure we dont recruit unworthy members

5. Basic Forum Rules

- Dont Spam posts

- Dont make stupid/useless posts

- dont flame/write offensive posts

- Always post in the right section

- dont post only to get your post count up

- all basic rules apply

5.2 Why must we follow this rule

- To maintain the forums as good as possible

6. Rules For Forum Admins

- Make sure all OLD and outdated posts will get deleted, only lock outdated posts if they have to be read by several more people.

- Dont post/allow the posting of irrelevant subjects such as games, personal polls , etc.. . We have other topics for this sort of content. (exept for the admins that moderate this sort of sections, (this rule does not apply in that case)

- Make sure that there is no forum-related rulebreaking present in the territory were you are moderator of. If you see anyone flaming, spamming or other, please remove the message and warn the person in question of this. DONT go flaming back as this will cost you your rank.

- Be helpfull, if you see a post that has been posted in the wrong section, move it. If you are not authorised to move it, please forward this to a higher admin and he will move it for you. Also inform the person who posted wrong of his mistake (DONT go flaming at him for this as it may cost you your rank)

- dont abuse your rank, deleting/editing or removing random posts is NOT allowed. If you get caught your account will be issued with a punishment (highly likely demotion, for more serious facts a ban or removal of the account)

- Be active on the forums, we dont need inactive admins, inactive admins will be replaced.

- Respect everyone

- Dont use/allow the use of an overload of smilies in a post, this is EXTREMELY irritating. 60 Smilies in a row to express how happy you are are NOT allowed

- Make sure your sections are clean, dont let it fill up with hundreds of posts that give you no valuable information, apply the first line to solve this

- Dont make poll's last an infinite amount of time, Outdated polls won't help us with anything.

6.2 Why must we follow this rule

- To make sure our Forum admins do their job
